I have this second License Username, the License Key, and I can't figure out how to license my son's Huawei. Are there any known issues with updates or any other troubles with that programme, I'm using the latest version of Mobile security.I bought the license at the official ESET retailer Si Splet Slovenia as I'm from Slovenia. As I already have a Yearly Subscription for ESET Mobile Security & Antivirus (For Google Play) for my wife and 4 grandsons, and I bought one ESET MOBILE SECURITY for Android license for two devices, my OnePlus and one of my sons Huawei. Eset mobile security mobile key update#
Updates are only working if I'm using manual update, but the fact is that the programme should update automatically as soon as its detects the connection on the device is on. Click Subscriptions and services View Purchases, select your transaction and then click Contact ESET.
Again I'm using paid license, also tried to reinstall the programme twice and the installation went trough well, on my also looks everything ok, but after reinstalling the Mobile Security the updates are still not working. Till few days the programme was updating as soon as I turned on the internet connection on the device. Before that trouble has appeared the programme updated several times a day and everything was working OK. My internet connection on the device is working flawlessly, I also tried to connect via wifi and there is not change the programme still doesn't want to update to the latest virus definitions. I'm using ESET Mobile Security full license for few years now It's installed on android device and few days ago the programme suddenly stopped updating virus definitions automatically.
